2. Vehicle Purchases
All vehicles sold through DoorstepCarsGlobal are used/pre-owned. We provide detailed inspection reports and vehicle history when available. All sales are final once payment is completed and the vehicle has been delivered.

- Inspection reports are provided when available
- All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated
- Shipping costs may apply based on destination
3. Payment Terms
We accept payment through Stripe and PayPal. All payments must be completed before vehicle shipment.
- Payment must be made in full before delivery
- We reserve the right to cancel orders for non-payment
- Refunds are subject to our refund policy
- Payment disputes must be raised within 7 days
4. Shipping & Delivery
We ship vehicles worldwide. Delivery times vary based on destination and shipping method selected.
- Estimated delivery: 14-45 days depending on location
- Tracking information provided when shipped
- Customer responsible for customs fees and import duties
- Insurance included in shipping
5. Returns & Refunds
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee from the date of delivery.
- Vehicle must be returned in same condition
- Return shipping costs borne by customer
- Refund processed within 14 business days
- Restocking fee may apply
6. User Accounts
When you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- You must provide accurate information
- One account per person
- Account activity is your responsibility
- Notify us immediately of unauthorized access
